You’ll work through a guided process with expert support and a cohort of peers, helping you shape your message, build a workable plan and make steady progress towards a finished manuscript and a completed book.

This programme changes that.
Through four key phases of development, you’ll work with trusted mentors, editors, designers and a select cohort of peers who understand your goals and want you to succeed.
Plan
Get ready
Build the foundation for everything that follows. Leave with a solid, confident plan and a clear sense of direction.
Write
Put pen to paper
Write around 2,500 words per week to reach 30,000 words. Finish with a complete and ready-to-edit final draft manuscript.
Shape
Develop your book
Develop your title and create a cover design brief. Leave with everything your publishing team needs to create your book
Create
Hone your final product
Review, check and approve every element of your book. Finish with a professionally designed book that's ready for publication.
By the end of the programme you’ll have a professionally prepared, ready-to-publish book that reflects your expertise and intentions.
We’ll also arrange for 100 copies of your brand new book to be printed and delivered to your door, ready for you to share, gift or use to build momentum from day one.
Most importantly, you’ll leave with the pride and momentum that comes from finishing a book you’ve wanted to write for far too long.
